1. Attitude. While it comes to attitude, you can determine your personal attitude as one of belief, passion and pride. In everything you do, you should do it with belief, passion and pride. And keep in mind to back all these up with knowledge and skills, action and direction.
To enhance your career, honesty, humility and hardworking is essential. In fact, hardworking is straightforward. It means that nothing comes easy, thus there are no awards in the working world coming without hard work.
Then, humility always comes with maturity. In case you know that you don’t know enough, you start being a student again. You can want to improve your knowledge and skills that will successively ameliorate your career.
Do you do your work in an honest way? How do you treat your colleagues? Is this with frankness? Do you confess to your mistakes? Honesty is being honest with yourself too. Are you afraid to learn your weak sides without being defensive? Being honest with yourself will lead to awareness.
2. Awareness. Your awareness of the strengths as well as weaknesses is an important step when you would like to better your career. Such awareness is self-reflective making you feel inadequacy. This sense creates a vital necessity for improvement.
When you wish to improve your career, you need to ask yourself - do you possess this awareness? The awareness that is evident about where and why you are there, where you may be and how can you get there? The awareness of the necessity to improve as well as the awareness of what you wish is a strategy, which can improve your career.
